Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Heidelberg Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Heidelberg Township Municipal Building, 6272 Route 309, New Tripoli, on April 18, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the following appeal(s):

APPEAL #254, CASE #16-1

The appeal of Justin Selig of the Heidelberg Township Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance under Sections 27-504 and 27-505 of the front and rear yard setback minimums for construction of a new residence to replace an existing mobile home that had to be torn down due to disrepair, as well as the maximum lot coverage of 10% due to lot size and configuration.  The minimum required setbacks are 50 ft. for front and rear yard. The requested setbacks for the proposed new residence are 45 ft. front yard, 19 ft. rear yard, and the requested lot coverage is 15%.  The property location is 6725 Flint Hill Rd., New Tripoli, PA 18066 and is in the Agricultural Preservation District.
