APPEAL #253, CASE #15-1

The appeal of Kevin and Lisa Huber of the Heidelberg Township Zoning Ordinance to allow a variance under Section 27-505 of the front yard setback minimum of 50ft for a garage addition.  The requested setback for the proposed garage addition is 41ft.  The property location is 6743 Saegersville Rd., Germansville, PA 18053 and is in the Agricultural Preservation District.
