BUCKERY ROAD BRIDGE CLOSURE

The Buckery Road Bridge is closed. If using Rex Road as an alternate route, please note the Rex Road Bridge has a weight limit of 26 tons, except combinations 36 tons.

Floodwaters from Tropical Storm Isaias caused damage that resulted in the Buckery Road bridge failing. The bridge cannot be saved and must be demolished and replaced with a new bridge. This process generally takes a year or two.
