Commission/Council Members Needed!

The Planning Commission is in need of Alternate Members. The Planning Commission regulates and controls the subdivision of lots and the development of land; the approval of plans, or re-subdivisions, standards for the design of streets, lots, easements, and other improvements. The Planning Commission also reviews and drafts ordinances and gives their recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. Members and Alternate members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. A link to a downloadable application is below. Alternate members can come to meetings, review plans, and give feedback but do not have a vote unless a voting member is absent.
The Environmental Advisory Council is in need of a member and would love to have more community involvement! The purpose of the EAC is to evaluate, support and promote economic, historical, and environmental needs that will sustain and improve the quality of life in Heidelberg Township. Members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors. A link to a downloadable application is below.
