The Northwestern Recreation Commission is hosting their 21st annual “Night in the Country” on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 4:00 pm. until 10:00 pm. Rain date is Sunday, August 18th. There will be lots of fun for all! A live country band, car cruise, DJ, Chinese auction, bingo, etc., plus great food and activities!! As always, to end the evening, one of the best fireworks displays in the area is planned. Suggested admission donation is $3 for adults, and $2 for children under 12.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your organization, booster clubs, churches, etc. to be a part of this amazing night. Having community organizations participate in this event is one of the things that makes it so special; and it’s a fun way to earn a little extra money for your favorite group. Donations and items for the Chinese Auction are also needed and appreciated.
